I am moving from a Mac to a PC. I have Final Cut Pro on my Mac and I would like a software on my PC that is similar and is easy to use. I really don't want something complicated. I know Adobe has software, but I don't know how to use it. Any suggestions?

Have you tried Movie Maker? Probably nothing compared to FCP but comes in handy for quick edits.
    Movie Maker - Microsoft Windows

Yeah, unfortunately none of the Adobe software is cheap (Photoshop and Dreamweaver are very pricey too).
