Flash Video Green after latest update?

I had 2 windows updates the other day that I installed. One was a compatibly update for Win 8 and the other a flash player update. I just noticed to day that all my video is green screened with audio. Now Ive done some searching on this and they all say to enable/disable your hard ware acceleration in the flash properties. The problem I am having, this isn't available to me the way its described.

Has anyone else had this issue since updating their embedded flash on Windows 8 this week? Or am I the only one?rly:

System restore fixed it. then reinstalled
