Getting system, memory, and/or crash logs?

We've just released an app for WP8, Turbo Racing League, and PikPok support is wanting to know how to advise users to get their system, crash, and/or memory logs to send in to us. Can anyone advise? Note we're not talking about developer tools, but end-users getting the data from their devices to send us when things go wrong.

have a screen that tells them how to do so when they start up the application for the first time? (and every time after an update briefing what you fixed and how to report more bugs)
