after update to windows 8.1, some apps there, but not really....

so 8.1 seems so stable on my rt that i decided to put it on my pro. now a lot of app looks like there installed, but i can't launch then unless i re-install the app. for example, the app appears in metro, but when i touch it it won't launch. if i go to the store, the store recognizes that i own the app, but i also have the option to install it. if i touch install, then the app installs and i can launch the app. this didn't happen w/ 8.1 rt.

anyone else experiencing this?

I think that's normal, but I'm not 100% sure

Mine re-installed all my apps, it just took a little while. Also, the first time I opened an app there was a long delay and it would sometimes freeze, but after that they open fine.
