Snap three apps without 1080p display (Win8.1)

In Windows 8.1, there's the ability to snap three apps, but you can only do it without a 1080p display. Does anyone know of any registry modifications or anything like that which will let me do it on my 1366x768 display?

anddddd leaks that showed like 2 weeks ago, from Wzor, which is the same version on msdn! the only reason more people haven't ran it, its because a lot of people use illegal windows 8.0 so they cant activate it yet lol. but I know a lot of people who are already running happy win8.1, I need to wait for October since im lazy to install everything . but 8.1 is a nice release!

and I don't think there is a way to snap 3 apps with a lowered resolution display of what is required. I don't know a regedit can fix that. but we shall wait and see. I haven't read anything about it. but it would be nice if someone finds a way.
