Pictures not showing on my people hub app

So I'm having trouble syncing my phone contact pictures onto my Windows 8.1 People hub app. I have added pictures to all my contacts on the windows phone since I can't edit them on the people hub app and synced my Hotmail account but nothing is showing up on my Windows 8.1... Its quite annoying having contacts without pictures and if there is any solutions for this problem I cant seem to find it anywhere on the internet.
Any suggestions will be helpful

I have two possible reasons for this to happen: It takes some time, or it is a bug in 8.1

I had the same problem with Windows 8 and its not only my surface RT tablet but its even on my laptops, can't seem to update the images after shutting down my Facebook account (Privacy Problems) its either blank on the contact page or some old pictures that's not synced on my phone plus if it was Windows 8.1 it would at least show up on my live account page under contacts right?

Its fixed with the full update... Just click on the picture of the contact. Synchronization between pc to phone works but phone to pc doesn't.
