As I've never really made use of Homegroup in the past, and I now have a Surface 2, I just want to confirm...
If I'm signed in on my 8.1 pc ,where I belong to a homegroup, with my Microsoft Account , and then I sign into my surface with that same account and join that homegroup, it recognises I'm the same person and all my files are shared and available to my surface without any 'setup' required on the pc. Is that run-on sentence correct?
I was surprised to join the homegroup on my surface and have access to files that I wasn't sharing...
Thanks!
