XBOX Video - First Experience

I had this notion to try to move to XBOX Video for my streaming purchases. Sometime back, I purchased a movie on my XBOX Console but I noticed it never shows up on my XBOX Video app.

So today, I did another test purchase with the XBOX Video app in Windows 8.1. I purchased a movie and two TV series. The movie shows up but both TV shows do not show. If I select TV shows, it says "It's Lonely Here."

I called support and they can't seem to find the problem and said someone will call me back later.

Anyone else have quirks like this?

Have you ever heard back from Microsoft support?

I've never tried Xbox Video, since I've been a Netflix subscriber for many years.

If you did hear back from Microsoft support, what did they say?

Nope...no call back. I have a ticket number but you know, I don't have a lot of free time. They need to follow up with me.

I DO see the TV Shows on the XBOX but not the Windows 8.1 app. :crying:
