what's the secret to updating a skype profile?

I log into my Skype account, click profile, click edit and nothing happens. I've tried several browsers and signing in via the website and the app, as well as signing in directly and indirectly (via my Microsoft account), and nothing works.

what's the secret to successfully updating a Skype profile?

found the secret! if you want to update your Skype profile, you can only do it from your windows phone, apparently. signing in via the desktop app or via a desktop browser doesn't work; signing via a surface or surface pro doesn't work...as a last resort I tried my phone, and that worked. go figure.

interesting. not sure what's up w/ mine. i can only do it from my phone. anyone have any ideas why that is?
