Upgrade from 7 to Window 8 pro Need Help

I purchased a computer with Windows 7 a few month before Windows 8 came out. After Windows 8 came out I upgraded to Windows 8 I purchased directly from Microsoft it indicates Windows 8 PRO . I have the key and my receipt. How do I know if I only purchase the upgrade portion or if I have the full blown Windows 8 Pro.

I looked at the receipt and nothing states its Windows 8 Pro Upgrade . It only says its Windows 8 Pro.

Its their a way to find out?

I upgraded from Win7 to Win8 over the internet when Win8 first came out. It gave me an option to just upgrade Win7 to Win8 or do a fresh install of Win8, totally wiping Win 7 out. I had everything I needed backed up from Win7, so I did a frsh install of Win8, wiping out Win7. You should get that option also, I would think.
