Is there a good way to connect a bluetooth keyboard to multiple PCs w/o having to remove the device and repair?

At the moment, I have a Microsoft Bluetooth Wedge Keyboard that I use with my Samsung Ativ 500t tablet. However, I recently bought a USB bluetooth adapter to use w/ my laptop at home (which I use as a desktop b/c of its size). It worked, but when I went back to connect the keyboard to my Samsung tablet, the tablet couldn't find it. I was already out of range from my laptop, so I'm fairly certain my keyboard was not still connected to it. The only way I could get it to connect on the tablet was to remove the device, and repair. Is there an easier way?

No. A Bluetooth HID device will only Pair with a single computer to reduce confusion and mistakes. It is possible that moving your USB BT adaptor to the tablet might transfer the pairing if you disable the Samsung internal BT, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.
