Hi guys,

I recently was messing around with the ease of access settings in Windows 8, and I bumped up the size of the mouse cursor. Unfortunately, this setting seems to be broken in Windows 8, because now it won't revert back to the smallest setting, which is the default. Any ideas? Thanks!

try system restore....wait, before that try control panel > mouse > pointers

One way to get to that seeing doesn't work, but I found one that does... regardless the feature sends broken.

If you go to the control panel, search for mouse, then select anything that refers to the pointer. It will open a window and you select the "pointer" tab. Once there, there will be a choice selector kind of at the top, choose Windows Default or Microsoft Default, or you can select any that tickles your fancy. Click apply and you are done!

I had the same problem, I figured it out by going into the mouse settings > additional mouse options > cursor > Pointers > Then click Windows Default (system scheme) > then apply
