New way to snap apps on Windows 8.1

Hi everyone!

I've been thinking, wouldn't it be nice if there were more ways to snap multiple apps on Windows 8.1?

I made a quick sketch to exemplify this. Hope you guys understand what I mean.

I don't use Android, I don't know if it works like that or not.

Yeah like how android does it, problem with android that only special apps can be snapped. wP does it natively.

I know the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro whatever does it like that; not sure about the rest of Android
