Taskbar on Start screen?

Ok,

I've done to much tweaking and changing settings. I lost the feature of having the Taskbar show on the Start screen when you move the mouse to the bottom of the screen when on the Start screen.

Can someone point me on where I can turn that back on?

Go to desktop , right click on your taskbar/properties / tick-show windows store apps on the taskbar.

Ok, this was weird. I created a local account to compare settings. Logged with that account, and it worked, made notes of the various settings. Went back into my normal account, and BAM! it's working now, without making any settings changes.

Weird, totally weird.
