How to capitalize first letter of each sentence while typing in Windows 8.1?

Is there a way to have the OS automatically capitalize the first letter of each sentence ( after period . ), just like it happens in Windows Phone.

I searched online and all I could find is that it works if you use the touch keyboard of Windows 8.1, which can be changed by PC Settings->PC and devices -> typing -> Touch Keyboard -> Capitalize the first letter of each sentence

But what about a setting for while typing using normal physical keyboard, is there a way?

Did you guys see the new WP app that allows you to add swear words into the phones autocorrect list. Pretty cool. Its called swear words keyboard. Not cool just because now you can swear easier through msg but it can add to the native keyboard autocorrect list.
