Would someone tell me how to convert google emai, contacts, and calendar to Outlook

I would like to convert/transfer/import all of my Google email, contacts, and calendar events and turn them into Outlook items. I have no idea if this can be done and if how to do it. PS, I am not a computer guru. Please respond, be kind.
