I wanted to ask if the media center in Windows 8/8.1 can play media downloaded from Xbox Music or Xbox Videos? I'm currently running on a customized Windows 7 HP setup. I've tried playing a song and playing a video on the HTPC, but it gives me DRM errors. I was wondering if I should upgrade that to Windows 8 with MC so the media I buy/download from my other devices on Xbox Music/Videos will also download on my HTPC and be able to play them on media center.
