Windows phone 8 store website problem

I have this weird problem that when I go to the above website especially to the purchase history it does not show up. Instead an error list with a long number comes up. I don't know whether this is a specific problem limited to me in India or others have it too?

When I used the US website it showed me my Purchase but when I tried India's website it didn't open and gave me the error 00000000-0000-0000-360c-00800000008b! it even opened my country's page! so might be limited to India. you can use the US site I suppose.
