Funny Windows 95-esque keyboard

I'm learning Korean, and I stumbled upon this keyboard that seems to be made back in the 90s. Basically what you need to do is adding the Korean keyboard (don't worry, that'll still be QWERTY as long as you don't hit the right alt key), open Notepad, right click on the "A" icon next to 한 in the notification tray, and choose "Soft Keyboard". Try it!
