Metro apps keep crashing to desktop after sleep mode.

So I'm having this issue where whenever I wake my desktop PC from sleep mode and I go to open a metro app it keeps crashing to desktop. It happens every time. I installed windows 8.1 again and started over, but it's still happening. It's too the point where I have to disable sleep mode on the computer. Has anyone had this issue and is there a fix?
