Best Multiple Social Network App For Windows 8

In an effort to stay more focused, I'd like to find a good multiple Social Network app to keep everything in one spot. I manly use Facebook and Twitter. The PEOPLE app isn't too bad but limited. Is there a good multiple social network app out there? Or does PEOPLE work for most people in this case?
