How to take screenshot on Tablet without Windows Key

Hi,
My friend have Toshiba Encore Mini, which doesn't have physical Windows key.
On my surface, I can take screenshot with Win+Vol Down key, but how can I do it with Enocre mini,
Tried power+vol down, and both vol keys, which didn't work.

There is another method to use share charm, but it doesn't allow to save the screenshot locally.

If any developer can use the share charm function and make and app which can save the screen shot locally, it would be great help. I don't mind paying for the app.

In addition to the methods given. You can also make use of screen capture programs, just like the latest Office tool named Snip, and a free app called Free Online Screenshot. You can use both of these tools easily without any Window Key needed. However, Snip is still at beta version that’s why its stability is still a concern.
