Xbox Music doesn't connect online "Offline-mode"

Music App doesn't connect to store. I can't search stuff in the store. I see the songs from my collection (User/Music) but I can't add albums to Cloud Collection as you can see in the print screen bellow.
What can I do?

I found the problem. The region was set to Romania. I change it to USA and the problem is now fixed.
