Battery charge settings?

I have just moved over to a Surface from a laptop ( both running 8.1 ). I am sure there was a setting that restricted battery charging to 80% to help the battery life. For the life of me I can't find it now! I am losing my mind? Where is it? Does it exist?:sweaty:

According below article it's not possible for a surface. But some laptop manufacturers have a some "dedicated" software for it.
