What do you mean by that? Just turn on wifi and connect to your network... If you mean connection for viewing folders, use usb cable and install software on your PC. I use the app called FTP server to acces my Lumia on my PC wirelessly, you can try that one too...
But if you are looking for network sharing to open shared folders, i still haven't found anything...
