My VAIO asks to fix hard drive one time a month minimum!!!

No that is not normal.
It looks like you have a "bad" hard drive see How to Run Disk Error Checking in Windows 8

It actual may indicate that you could get "soon" a major failure so be sure you have a backup and maybe you should replace your hard disk.

I think you're sitting on a time-bomb of sorts.

Of course its never "if," always "when" a hard drive will fail, but you may see one soon depending.

If your vaio asks to repair your disk do you get some more info why it needs to fix it.
Something like "your disks needs to be checked for consistency".
If so it could be that some program or your OS corrupts your MFT (Master File Table) ones in a while.

Or if it repairs it what do you see or does it indicate what it fixes?

You get it ones a months do you do something special ones a month like a full virus scan or a disk defragmentation?

I do not really know what the utility checks but does it give also a "S.M.A.R.T / health indication" of your harddisk like how many bad sectors etc.
