Win8 Laptop Modifier keys not working
Hi I have an out of warranty HP Envy15 Running Win 8.1 and when I try to use modifier keys eg Windows Key + X, and Windows Key + PrintScreen, nothing happens. I have removed and reinstalled keyboard drivers with no luck.
Any thoughts on what the problem is and how I could fix it? Would like to have full use of these ideally.
