I have dell inspiron with windows 8,updated to 8.1
Since day one (three years now) i have problems with flash player,everytime browser freezes and i get "unresponsive plugin" error,when i click Continue it unfreezes after a minute or so and then it works,for every page everytime i start browser
Tried removing flash player plugin from chrome (known issues),installing many versions of flash,from newest to v7.x,removing all browsers and freshly installing them
This problem is with every browser i tried...ie,firefox,chrome...
Only thing i havent tried is fresh install of windows...well let's say thats not an option for now,but lately i'm using it very often and now i'm thinking of fresh install...windows are legal version,not pirated
