Windows 8.1 apps that can be contolled via KEYBOARD only...any ?

I have an interesting request here, Has anyone run into any apps that can be controlled ONLY by a keyboard (NO mouse or touchscreen)?

Talking moving around the apps with the arrow keys and hitting enter to select something, or is there a way to do it with a 3rd party.

Trying to see if ANY Windows 8.1 apps could be used with a remote control and so far, I have not found anything or a way to make it work.

Have you tried using the Tab button?

Need to be able to use Arrows to navigate and enter to select.... Tab wont help.
