Anti-virus for Win 10 Mobile

How does Win 10 Mobile protect itself from malware compared to other OSs? Is there a need to run an anti-virus app? If so, what is recommended - there don't appear to be any prominent products in the store for AV!

No. Due to the sandboxed nature of how apps run, there's no for an AV. An AV will not work either, because the AV, like all other apps will not have access to core system components.

As long as you get apps only from the store, you don't need to worry.

Windows phone doesn't need any anti virus software or apps, that's why you cant find any. Stop worrying & just enjoy a much more secure phone operating system due to its sandboxed design.
