Tile Wallpaper

I currently use Brilli Wallpaper Changer to manage my start screen and lock screen, but there doesn't seem to be an option to change a Tile Picture wallpaper--it only changes a Full Screen Picture wallpaper. When I go into the Start settings and manually change the setting to Tile Picture, it only holds as such until Brilli changes to the next image, at which point it switches back to Full Screen Picture.

Does anyone know of an app that does what I'm looking for here? Or is this possibly an OS limitation? I e-mailed the Brilli dev about this and haven't heard back. Does anyone has any recommendations?

Obviously this changes their wallpaper daily.

And the one mentioned does it at specific times and in tile format? Then that's a bonus

Yeah, but what they are talking about here is that this app allows the wallpaper full screen only and not on wallpaper-behind-tile mode (like in 8.1), so they are asking about an app that supports that mode too.
