Windows Central W10M app won't download

I just upgraded to the Lumia 950XL from my Lumia 830 and while downloading my apps, I noticed there's a second Windows Central app, created by Mobile Nations. I've tried downloading it, but I just keep getting an error message.

I also notice the app has a 1 star rating and all the reviews are people saying the app constantly crashes and is awful.

What's up with this app and why cant I download it? I thought it was the new, universal, app that's supposed to be a lot better than the old Windows Phone 8 app I've just downloaded again.

The error message is 0x80240024 if that's of any help since nobody has replied yet.. I'd post screenshots, but doesn't seem like I can.

So the app suddenly and randomly downloaded itself yesterday. I just out of nowhere got a notification saying the app had downloaded. So no idea what was happening there.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet though to see why it has such awful ratings
