I can't decide between getting a Windows stick or the Chromebit, OR saying do I really need this when I have many set top boxes as well as PCs and Macs? LOL!

I have one Intel Compute Stick (Z3735F/2GB/32GB/ HD)
I am using it as a media center/converting my simple TV to a Smart one for watching movies, series, playing games and as a debugging device when needed.
I am just using an SD card, a mouse and a keyboard with it.
I upgraded it to Windows 10 recently.

I bought it 150€ a month ago or so and it's worth it.

Would the compute stick work with a touch screen monitor out of the box? Or would it require some configuration? I debating one to use for streaming Netflix/Amazon/etc and maybe web surfing and emails.
