Contacts not syncing -Google and Facebook

I just purchased a Verizon Trophy.

I synced my Google and Facebook accounts. I noticed on each of the accounts a few contacts didn't transfer. One of them being my girlfriend!. At first I only synced Facebook. I noticed that a few contacts weren't there. So I unsynced, waited a few minutes and re added the account. That didn't fix those contacts. I then added the Google account. Shortly after I noticed some of my contacts from google didn't transfer also.

Any ideas on why some contacts didn't get to my phone and more importantly how to get them?
