I'm guessing it's WP7.

Last night I subscribed to my first video podcast using my Titan, and noticed that the settings said that it would only download when plugged into power and, optionally, only when connected via WiFi.

After subscribing to my podcast, it then started downloading all three episodes even though I was running on battery.

I imagine this could really cause some mysterious battery life issues for those who subscribe to a lot of podcasts.

Does the same for audio. It depends on the file size. It wouldn't let me update most of my subscriptions when I moved because I didn't have wifi yet and my computer was not set up (not that it would have helped without a home Internet connection).

The other issue is it doesn't automatically download when you connect to wifi. All your podcasts sit in a queue waiting for you to manually try again.
