Resolved: In case anyone else has the same issue. Simply reset the S10-HD by turning it on, then holding the power button and the volume up button simultaneously until the light on the headset is a solid blue. The headset is now ready to be paired with the phone and it should come up in the devices list.
I hope this helps any one else who encounters this issue.
