Music player and artist backgrounds

I have been really enjoying WP7 on my Cyan Lumia 800, but there's a small nitpick i have and that's the missing artist backgrounds on the music player.

As far as i know this is still present in WP7, as it was on Zune HD. If i have understood this right, you need to have Zune/Microsoft music store in your region to get the pictures?

Is there anyway to get them in to you phone some other way? No idea why Microsoft has done it this way. Cool visual thing that by far most don't even know about as any European or Asian going the trouble to get Zune HD shipped from NA is pretty damn small.

As far as I know pictures are downloaded automatically and there's no way to insert a custom picture. That really stinks photos are only displayed in select regions. You'll probably have to blame the music industry for that one.
