From time to time I reside in Malaysia, and usually to check my prepaid card's balance, I've gotta use the call function to dial *126#. This works well and I get a reply through the network.
However, *128# sends a reply, and expects a reply from us. There's only "OK", and no other buttons (keypad) to respond.
1. I do not know the technical name of the *128# function. Network message? Network call? Anyone?
2. Is there any settings I got to fix to get it turned on?
