I currently have a gmail account that I am using as my windows live id. I'm looking into using hotmail; however, it is very important to me that I can use my custom domain for my email address (me@mycompany.com). I've previously messed with trying to do this before and got everything messed up.

I would like to import my existing windows live id to windows live domains: Windows Live Admin Center

Does anyone have any experience with this or know if it is possible? If so, do you know what steps you took to get it working or if it is possible to import an exisiting live id with email on that domain into it once it is setup?

thanks!

hey Evilrobot

you should be abble to do it by following the easy steps.

the only thing is that you NEED to prove to them that you are the OWNER of the Domain name your trying to creat.

here is the link on the HOW TO: Set up an MX record to authenticate your domain

basically take down the code and then go to your website and register the code.

and that its,,, you can then add security option and what not...

i also think you NEED a live/Hotmail account for your administrator ( you)

then simply *group up* all your e-mail accounts
