My other devices, Android and iOS, have the ability to share Bluetooth Audio with another device. One device can act as a telephone headset, while letting another device receive just audio. It seems that my WP7 device is all or nothing. Is this a failing of WP7, or is it a failing of my HTC Titan?

I am not sure what you are saying?

Are you asking if you can use Bluetooth headphones or speakers? Yes, of course. Do it all the time!

Or do you mean have the phone send the audio to another phone?

Yes and no. I stream audio to my bluetooth car stereo, but video sound does not go over bluetooth. It plays over the speaker no matter what (at least on my equipment).
