From searching, it appears Office Mobile is not capable of working with Access databases. Is this true and, if so, are there any solid apps to get around this?

How would you define "solid" regarding database apps?

If I could run my MS Access apps on a phone, that would be cool. We just started developing Access apps at work. Development costs are a fraction of the alternatives and the apps are more than good enough...

Apparently you can develop your database as a web app and access it through Sharepoint or such. I haven't really checked it out that much but it might be a place to start
