hey , if you go on Bell Canada Mobile Cell Phones, Wireless Internet, Satellite TV, Home Phone top right you have a search tab, type in: APN settings.
if not ill get them for you when I go in to work in 1hour :)

ok , here are the APN settings if you haven't check it yet!
APN location: settings/cellular/add APN
Proxy server: web.wireless.bell.ca
this should fix any SIM/SMS/MMS/Data problem you may have!
