Email Tones While On The Phone

If this has been discussed somewhere else, my apologies.

Is there any way to turn off email notification tones when you're on the phone (other than doing it manually each time you take a call, of course)?
It's quite annoying when I'm on a phone call with someone and I hear the notification tone while I'm talking. It always disrupts the call.

I was just coming here to ask the same thing. It's very annoying to be on a call and have the email alert or reminder alert go off in my ear. I sometimes have calender reminders going off every 15 minutes, and it's obnoxious when I'm on a call.

No. Not unless you turn it off completely.
