Getting WP withdrawal symptons

I've been a happy Trophy user for 18 months but now I need to use a separate mobile number for my work. Only problem is my office has supplied it on an iPhone I hate having to carry two phones with me so, very reluctantly, I've put my WP aside and tried to use the iPhone. I don't like it. I miss my live tiles.

So, I've ordered a micro sim to mini sim adaptor and I'm planning on putting the iPhone sim into my WP. Am I correct in thinking that this should work ok?

Wait, the Trophy is a Verizon phone right? Is your iPhone on Verizon too?

Only AT&T and Tmobile use sims - both Verizon and Sprint use ESN numbers - you'd have to either go online or call in to get them to switch the ESN on your account. Its not as easy as swapping a sim for you. Sorry.

Then you should have no problems, barring some dodgy business with the idevice SIM.

is it an iPhone 4... or iPhone 4S? There is a difference, the 4S is a world phone, which requires a sim card.

If it's an iPhone 4 then there won't be a need for an adapter but if it's an iPhone 4S then it's needed.

I've fitted the sim using the adaptor that I bought from Amazon and it seems to be working fine. It's good to be back on a decent phone again
