DLNA only streams stored content on our windows phone to television, is there an app or hardware that will allow me to play my VEVO app on my windows phone and stream it to TV? very jealous when I go to my friends apple house and they fight over who is going to play the next music video from their iphones

Nope but if you have an Xbox 360 you can use that vevo app to play videos on the TV.

Not at the moment, but Windows 8 (and so presumably Windows Phone 8) has what's called a "Play to" contract that allows apps that choose to support it to stream content over DLNA.

Not much help, but it'll get here eventually.
