parental lock deactivated how do I reset it?

my childs phone had parent lock so she could not puchase in store or in app.

to purchase an app for her I had to deactive parent lock at x-box.com

but there is no way to turn the parent lock back on, does anyone know how?

update on problem and a warning,

when you turn of parent control to purchase an app. you cant turn it of via zune any more you use xbox.
once turned of microsoft sees the parent credit card as proof of age and resets the child account age to 18yrs.
this means the child is now able to access adult content and the only way to stop this is to delete the microsoft email account and create a new one,
but the child loses all their achievements and you have to repurchase apps under a new idea which creates the same problem

the credit card detail can be resolved by removing the credit details under the adult email account in billing (click the credit card icon) but
you have to keep removing it after each purchase, and you cant remove it until the last purchase is cleared by the bank.

microsoft you need to fix this problem so that parents can purchase and so that parents can re add children protection
