Htc hd 7 icant access to marketplace

PLEASE HELP I CANT ACCESS TO MARKETPLACE ALWAYS APPEARING CANNOT ACCESS TO WINDOWS LIVE LOG IN TRY AGAIN LATER.......ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW AND STILL CANNOT ACCESS TO MARKETPLACE EVEN UPDATING THE HTC HUB..PLEASE HELP...:crying:

What version of the operating system is the HD 7 on? Has to have at least the mango update to access the marketplace/store.
