Please Help: Zune doesnt find updates for 2 phones (7.10)

Hi Guys,

i have a really strange problem with my 2 windows phones (Lumia 800 with e plus and LG E900 with vodafone).
I realized this week, that both phones are still on 7.1 .
I have no idea why my lumia is on 7.1 because i havent used it for 8 months (living abroad and it has a sim lock). My LG is on 7.1 cause i restored the initial settings some weeks ago. And to be honest, i forgot to try to update it on 7.5
So this weekend i had some free time and wanted to update both phones on 7.8 and i go crazy.
Zune doesnt find any updates for both phones.
If zune would not find 7.8 i could blame the provider but zune even doesnt find the 7.5 and any other updates and i cant imagine any solution.
I reistalled zune but this couldnt solve the problem.

But i assumed that the problem has to be zune because it does not work for oth phones.

Could you imagine any solution for my problem?

P.S. I'm at the moment located in italy and both phones were bought in germany. But in my opinion this could not be the problem because of world wide web and that things

the same here... I'm stuck with 7.10 (8779) on Nokia Lumia 710 and don't know how to force the update. The phone is unlocked.
