How to soft reset on WP 8.1 ?

My L520 have some issues so I like to soft reset my phone not a hard reset.

Volume down and power. Hold both about 10 seconds..

I guess more than 10 secs keep the keys pressed till your phone doesn't vibrate.

Try a hard reset. Back up your songs on your pc and even backup your other stuffs if you want. Then hard reset your phone and even format your sd card. Then aftr the reset using a card reader transfer all your music back to your sd card.

Try reinstalling the video app. Its a known issue so i will suggest just for the update.

You can't uninstall and reinstall the Video app in WP8.1.
