    Hi, i am on windows phone 8.1 Lumia 925 Norway. and since a week i can't access the store anymore, it always says can't connect to store. I tried soft reset and hard reset but it still wont work.

    Hi there Skanic.
    Let's see if we can figure the problem out here.
    This was a problem for many initially after installing the preview.

    How long have you been at 8.1?
    Did you re-enter your Microsoft account information after taking the preview?
    Can you log on to the Microsoft account via desktop then see the store from there?

    I get "Can't connect to the store" at times also.
    This normally doesn't last long for me however.

    I think store is down for some people... My friend had Lumia 1020 which is on windows 8 he also cannot connect to store since 2 days....i think some work is going on... Thou ism on 8.1 on 1020 and my store is working fine

    I have been on 8.1 since release.
    Yes i reentered the MS account info.
    Yes i can login from the desktop.

    The store works on my brothers Lumia 920 which runs Windows Phone 8 Lumia Black.

    Is a good wi-fi signal available?

    Yes i have a perfect wifi signal.

    edit: Turns out it was my router an Asus RT-N65U N750 that caused it a restart should fix it.

    I have the same problem. I'm on 8.0 but I also have an Asus router. I can connect to the store from other WiFi networks but not at home. It used to work and then stopped at some point.

    what was the router problem you had?
